so, it seems that we gave up on our little project.
that's basically how katey and I always do it.
so, I am taking over this blog and making it strictly recipes.
Right now I am laboring over some bread, but it's more like improv bread because we ran out of flour and salt. i added a cup of whole wheat flour for the missing cup. For the missing salt I used a pizza salt grinder [salt, oregano, sun dried tomatoes].
the bread turned out pretty good, but it was a little dense because of the whole wheat.
day 2
after making the chronic curry monteray bread i decided to figure out some sort of eggs benedict variation to put on top of it-
cream of wheat- enough to put on top of a slice of bread/however hungry you are
one egg
shredded cheese
shitty shaker parmesean
Italian grinder herb blend
lemon salt blend
pignolis
toasted slice of curry monteray bread
cook as if you were making eggs purgatory (poached eggs surrounded by marinara sauce)
